Hire periods, weight limits, permits, banned items and machine hire, all answered in one place.

Seven days is the standard hire. If the job runs longer, tell us when you book or give us a ring before the week is up and we’ll extend it.
If we have your order by 11am, it’s normally delivered the same day. Later bookings usually go out on the next working day.
Heavy waste in our 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 cubic metre bins is never weighed. Fill them with soil, rubble or concrete up to the rim and the price stays the same. Our 9 and 12 cube bins are reserved for lighter general rubbish.
Yes. A bin that contains only concrete (mesh and reo are fine) is cheaper than mixed heavy waste. If other materials are mixed in, it’s charged at the normal heavy waste rate.
Asbestos, paint, chemicals, oils and other liquids, gas bottles, food waste, tree stumps, artificial grass and silica dust. Tyres and mattresses are accepted for a small fee each.
Only when the bin sits on a road, footpath or nature strip. Most of our suburbs are in Banyule City Council; Eltham and parts of Montmorency are in Nillumbik Shire. Bins on your own driveway don’t need a permit.
Yes. Our fleet includes two Bobcat excavators (1.0t and 1.7t), a Dingo, a tracked dumper and barrows, and any of them can travel with your skip.
We do. Regular trade customers (builders, landscapers and concreters) get discounted rates and priority swaps once an account is set up by phone.
Our base is in Macleod, so we’re close to Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Rosanna, Viewbank, Greensborough, Montmorency and Eltham.
