No building waste in general or green bins. General and green waste bins, in every size including the 2m³, 3m³ and 4m³, are for household rubbish and garden waste only. No soil, concrete, bricks, tiles, renovation waste or other building products. If you have building waste, or large amounts of MDF cabinets and furniture, you’ll need to upgrade to a builders bin. Soil, concrete, bricks and tiles can go in our 2m³ to 8m³ builders & mixed bins with no weight limit, but not in the 9m³ or 12m³ light builders bins.
Small but tough. Because it’s classed as a heavy waste bin, the 2m³ will happily take concrete, brick and clay with no weight charge. It’s the only size without an end door, so load it over the low sides with a shovel or by hand.
Dirt, clay, sand, rock, brick, tile, pavers and concrete are heavy waste. Our 2–8m³ bins take them without a weight charge, and straight concrete with reo is discounted.
All sizes →Asbestos, chemicals and paint, liquids, gas bottles, food waste, stumps, artificial turf and silica dust. Tyres and mattresses incur a small per-item fee.
